First of all Happy Birthday wishes to Dan and Art.
Right now it is about 6:20 on Sunday morning. Elizabeth Is sleeping and I am doing a bit of computer work. It has been another busy week end. On Friday I got up and finished working in the garage. Elizabeth got me a new work bench so I was trying to get that put together. Later she got up and we had breakfast. After breakfast I took a shower and then we ran our errands. We got back home and had lunch. After lunch Elizabeth took a nap and I had a couple more errands to run. These included a stop at the big boy toy store, Lowe’s. Later we had supper. In the evening we watched some shows we had recorded and called it a night.
Saturday was going to be a work around the house day. It was also something of a transition day in that the work to be done was more typical week end work and not really related to moving. I mowed the yard and Elizabeth worked inside. Our house has a small yard. However the front yard has a number of trees and plants in it. This results in a lot of stopping and turning the mower. It is also a new mower and it took me a few minutes to learn how it works. It is self propelled and when I squeezed the bar to engage the self propel mechanism the mower took off. I felt like I was running to keep up. Then I realized if I did not squeeze it all the way the speed was slower. The back yard does not have trees so it was much easier and quicker to finish. After that I took a shower and had lunch. The afternoon was relaxed with all of us napping. After supper we went for a drive and stopped to return some stuff Elizabeth bought but realized she did not really need. Back home we again watched some shows we had recorded.
Elizabeth woke me and asked if I had put Candi to bed as she heard something from the other room. Sure enough Candi was under our bed. I got everyone back in their correct location and went back to sleep.
