Trina and Bryan Wedding
It is hard to believe it has been less than a week since Bryan got married.  He married a very nice woman, Trina.  It was a very nice small wedding with close friends and family.  It was held at her parent's house.  Below is a picture of the happy couple.

Here is a picture with Elizabeth and me with the bride and groom.

This was the final event in a very busy week.  In addition to the actual wedding the highlights were having Bryan and his sons and Trina and her son over for supper.  The new American blended family.

Since we do not have an Xbox or any other computer based games. we had to find entertainment the old fashion way.  It is a good thing we had a wheel barrow and a strong back.  Also any one for a game of musical chairs?  Can I show them a good time or what?

The other highlight was Thursday night when Elizabeth and I had dinner at a local restaurant with Bryan, Trina and her parents. Elizabeth had worked with the restaurant to have a special table with rose pedals on it.  We also had a special menu made up with Bryan and Trina's names on it.  It was a very pleasant evening.

The day of the wedding we went to the Yankee Candle shop at the local mall.  They were having a special event to introduce their fall collection.  Elizabeth has gotten a Boney Bunch piece each of the past few years.  I am not sure if it was a good thing but I did see the Grim Reaper.

As I type this they are on their way to Fort Sill OK where Bryan is based and where they will start their life together.  I wish them the best.

This week has been much different.  It has been much less hectic.  While last week was nice, this week has been nice too.  Got to go and eat supper.

Beautiful pictures of the happy couple, and of you and Elizabeth! So nice you could spend times with them making memories.
Busy is nice but calm is nice too.
Glad the Lord gives us times of both.

Hello Dave - I told Elizabeth I was waiting for pictures! Everyone looks so happy. You are certainly a fun Grandfather; musical chairs and wheel barrow rides - what good ideas. It's a great way for a family to enjoy themselves and each other.
Regards, Susan
