Today we celebrate America's 237th birthday. Personally we will celebrate the day by having a picnic with family and friends. It will be a special celebration as my son is home from Korea and my sister is visiting. As usual Elizabeth has a wonderful meal all planned. Not only will the picnic be delicious it will be fairly healthy.
